I sold the adjacent vacant lot next to main residence 2021 and will sell my home in 2022

I sold the vacant adjacent lot next to my main residence in 2021 due to needing to fix up my home so we can sell it due to health issues.  I will sell my main residence this year. When do I file the sale of my vacant land? Can I wait and file the sale of the vacant land after the sale of my home since it will be within 2 years of one another, so I can avoid capital gains taxes?

gain from the sale of the vacant land that has been used as part of the principal residence qualifies for the home sale exclusion if the sale occurs within 2 years before or after the sale of the dwelling unit. the land must be adjacent to the land containing the dwelling unit and all other requirements for the home sale exclusion must be satisfied. you report the land sale in the year sold and get to use the home sale exclusion up to $500,000 (joint return) any portion not used on the land sale can be used on the sale of the dwelling unit.  in effect, this is treated as one sale for the exclusion limit

Just to clarify, you still report the sale of the land on the 2021 tax return, since you closed on that sale in 2021.
