I sold stock options for a net of $2500. I had them withhold 1100 in taxes so I netted 1400. My 1099B is not showing taxes withheld yet they were. What to do?

Your best bet will be to get an amended 1099-B.

If the money was withheld the IRS will know it, because it will show up on your account for 2019, just like your withholding.
