It looks like you are using TurboTax Online Deluxe. You will need to upgrade to Premier in order to enter your 1099-DIV and 1099-B. To enter these forms, while logged in to your account and in your return:
- Click on Search
- Type "Form 1099-b" in the search window & hit Enter
- Click on "Jump to Form 1099-b"
- Answer Yes to "Did you sell any investments in 2018?"

Answer Yes to "Did you get a 1099-B or a brokerage statement for these sales?"
- You can either indicate your broker, or click on "I'll type it in myself"
- Continue and enter your stock sales.
- Repeat for Form 1099-DIV
