I own a rental property and I manage all aspects of it myself: I find tenants, respond to all complaints, manage all repairs, etc. Am I a real estate professional?

It doesn't take 750 hours a year to manage however.

No, you are not a real estate professional.

Be sure to indicate that you 'actively participate' in the management of your rental property, though.

TurboTax will ask you this question as you continue through the Rental section.
