I lived in DC for the first three months of 2020 but TN the rest of the year, will I be subject to DC income taxes? I also payed rent for my DC apartment all of 2020.

I worked remotely for an employer based in DC who withheld DC taxes.

If the move to TN is temporary and you intend to return to DC after COVID19, you are still a DC resident and subject to DC tax.

If the move to TN is permanent, you will need to file a part year resident DC return for a refund of taxes withheld after the move.  Ask your employer to stop the withholding.
