I live in Massachusetts and own rental properties in new Hampshire. Do I need to file NH tax return for the rental income?

Currently I am filing MA tax return including the rental income from NH. I am wondering that should be good enough or I have to file NH return as well.

No, you do not have a NH filing requirement.  New Hampshire does not have an income tax.
