I issued a 1099 misc to someone that performed work for me on a rental property in July 2019 in the amount of $1220. Where and how do I file within turbo tax, if possibl?

It sounds like you are trying to determine where to enter the expense on your rental property for the work you paid someone to improve your rental property.

1. Select "Income & Expenses"
2. Select "Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)"
3. Answer the questions until you get the screen which lists your property and select "Edit"
4. Select Update or start to the right of "Expenses"

You will be able to enter all of your expenses for your rental property here including the cost of services above.
