I have never been asked about Tangible Property Tax Return...I have an empty, unfurnished (except appliances) condo that I rent. Not sure what to do.

You most likely need to do nothing since the vast majority of county property appraisers exclude appliances from the definition of "tangible personal property" in the context of rental real estate. 

Visit your county property appraiser's web site for more information (see link below) but, regardless, anyone who needs to file a TPP return does not need to use TurboTax to do so.
