your choice. pretend that you never got the 1099. then enter the rent for each property on the worksheet for each property (question of rental income for the property not reported elsewhere)
or breakdown the rental income and pretend you got a 1099 for each property.
note that none of that 1099-misc info gets sent to the IRS. can link the income reported to a specific schedule E but only just one. the only thing the IRS does is compare the total you report to the total on the1099s. there is no issue if the numbers match or you report more (because you didn't get 1099s for all the rent.
