I have capital loss for 2019 of $12,293. Turbo calculates my 2020 carryover as $7772. It should be $3000 less than total or $9294. Is this is broke?

Check your return to make sure you did not have any reported capital gains.  Check your capital loss carryover worksheet to determine how the carryover was calculated.
