I have a detached guest house that I rent on Airbnb. I am unsure if I should declare this as a single family home under rental type of other and enter guest house?

It's a single family home.  

• A one unit dwelling structure. A single family detached home has open space on all four sides and is not attached to any other structure. 

• Where do I enter income and expenses from a rental property?
• What kinds of rental property expenses can I deduct?
• What can I deduct when refinancing rental property?
