I have a capital loss to report on my sale of rental property. I can't find the form I need on your site. I think I need form \ 8949 and schedule D. Please help

If you've been keeping track of your rental activities using TurboTax - income, expenses, depreciation, etc. - then the Rental Income interview is the correct place to report the sale.  You don't use Form 8949 you use Form 4797, Sales of Business Property.
