I entered rental property on desktop version 2016&7, should property be imported to 2018 online version?

You cannot import the information in to the Online program.  You will have to re-enter all the asset information if you use TurboTax Online.  You need to enter it exactly as it was entered in your Desktop program so that your accumulated depreciation matches.  You can get that information from the Asset Worksheets in the Forms mode of Desktop.
