I do not have a capital loss carryover from 2023 but can't file until it is fixed. How do I get this removed?

Enter/Edit/Delete Capital Loss Carryover:

1. Open your return (if not already open)
2. Enter "capital loss carryover" in the Search box.
3. Click on "jump to capital loss carryover" link.  
4. Enter your information.  Answer "No" to the question "Do you have investment losses you couldn't claim last year?" to remove this offset... or "Yes" to claim it.
