I cannot edit my rental property information. When I click on the edit button nothing happens. Why not?

It sounds frustrating that the edit button in TurboTax isn't working for you. This issue can happen for a few reasons. Here are some steps to help resolve.

 

  1. Browser Issues: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or trying a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) can resolve the problem
  2. Log out and then log back in to TurboTax.
  3. Go to the search bar (magnifying glass icon) and type "rental property." click on the jumplink
  4. This should take you to a screen that says "Your 2024 Rental and Royalties Summary."
  5. You should then be able to click on the pencil icon to edit your information.
