I author books and always filed Schedule C for royalties and expenses. I continue to write books. Do I report book royalties and expenses in schedule C or E?

For the last 8 years, I included my book royalties and expenses using Schedule C.

If you have reported it on Schedule C in the past, you can continue to do so.  It sounds like your royalties are income from your self-employed business activity that you still engage in.

Therefore, it would be considered income from your business.
