I am working in California and I have a property rental in Georgia. I have losses in my property rental? Why do I still have to pay Georgia Tax?

it's most likely a land tax that you are paying, be sure to double check. If it is a  tax on the house not the property its because you are generating above a certain amount of revenue while working out of state, thus still being taxed. If its neither of those you did not report your loss/gain properly.

Thank you for the comment. I figured out from TurboTax Support that I haven't exclude my CA income and gains in GA State.
