I am trying to file my return but I keep getting an error on one of my rental properties. I checked and everything is fine, but the software takes me into a loop

We have identified an issue with your Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) information
I cannot find what you are talking about.  I have even removed and reentered this property - no luck.  PLEASE HELP

Where is it looping you? What is the screen saying?  You can fill this form out for someone to call you but it could be a really long wait. They will be able to share your screen and help you find the issue.
