I am trying to determine if I need to send 1099s for a home a rent out, as I had various projects done in the last year that cost more than $600.

The home is a single family home, and while I go up there every month or two to do some work myself and handle the process of finding and vetting all renters, I have a full time job and this responsibility usually only requires a handful of hours a month (unless I'm doing a larger project there myself).
