I am a non-resident of Colorado. I received a Qualified Business Income Deduction from rental property in Colorado. How do I report this on the CO 0104PN?

The Qualified Business Income deduction is taken on your Federal Form 1040, and is not directly related to any particular property or location, only Business Income.

You don't need to report this on your Non-Resident Colorado return.
