How to report worthless stocks in TurboTax?

I sold worthless stocks last year (2024).

E-Trade didn't give me 1099 form.
There is a .csv file with the trade summary information, and there is a list off all the sell transactions on the gain / loss tab on the account.
How do I import all of those transactions to my tax return?

check with your broker. first, they must partner with Turbotax. second they must create a special file to import. you can not import from a PDF.

the worthless stocks would be reported on form 8949 - in turbo tax under investments > stocks.

if you are using online you probably need the premier version for stock sales.

I have the Premium version, how do I upgrade to the premier version. I don't see any "Upgrade" menu on my TurboTax screen.

Also, is the Live Assisted service can help with this issue?
