How to enter a 1099B from Schwab/TD Ameritrade that is labels "Substitute Statement" for Futures Options trades in 2022 with data in Box 8, 10 & 11?

To enter Form 1099-B box 8, 10 and 11 information in TurboTax Online:

If you don’t see 2022 TAXES in the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of Income & Expenses on the Hi, let’s keep working on your taxes! page and then select Let’s get started, Pick up where you left off, or Review/Edit.
- Otherwise, in the left pane, select Federal, then Wages & Income (This is labelled Income & Expenses in TurboTax Self-Employed)
Scroll down and select the Show more dropdown to the right of Less Common Investments and Savings
Select Start or Revisit to the right of Contracts and Straddles
Answer Yes on the Any Straddles or Section 1256 Contracts? page
If you made any elections, please select as appropriate on the Any Elections? page

Continue entering all information as appropriate.
