How many forms do I need to file when I sold rental property 2016?

I bought the property 2004, I covered the primary residence to rental property on 2006, and continue rented until Feb 2016, I sold the rental property Oct 2016. 

How many forms I need to file out for sold the rental property?

Do I need to file depreciation rental property from Jan - Feb 2016 in rental expense?

From March 2016 - Oct 2016 just before I sold the rental property. I have to fix the roof, gutter, septic system, water heater; Should these item add to basis cost?

When entered correctly into the Turbotax program , the programs fills the correct forms  from correctly entered information all necessary and needed forms to file  and additionally  you can print out all supporting worksheets that is used.
