The starting place is Federal Taxes>Wages & Income>Rental Properties and Royalties. On the screen that asks "What kind of property is this?" select Multi-family. On the next screen, select "I rent out a unit in a multi-unit property where I live."
Although there are two separate apartments you rent out, combine the income and expenses for both units when entering information into TurboTax.
