How do I upload csv file on DESKTOP turbotax Home & Business version? NOT ONLINE VERSION

Need to upload CSV file. Have too many transactions and rather not upload aggregate and send papers. Is this issue fixed on TT desktop version yet? This is poor service from TT if this is still not possible in this world.

At this time, CSV import and upload are only available for TurboTax Online.
