A pedantic correction here: you didn't sell "stock options", you sold stock acquired via an ISO.

You report the sale using the ISO "guide me" option under the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview.  That will put the correct reversing entry onto Form 6251 and the AMT Schedule D.

Do I delete those stocks from the ISO Purchase Summary?

Did you ever get an answer to this?

I entered ISO purchase 2019 and they were sold 2020.  I entered them in the capital gains section but they still show up in ISO purchase summary.  Do I delete them???

Yes, you should delete the stocks that are showing up in the ISO Purchase summary.

Here is a TurboTax video about Incentive Stock Options.
