How do I go to form 8949?

I want to add a non-business bad debt to my taxes on form 8949, but am having trouble locating the form.

To report a non-business bad debt -

Click on Federal

Click on Deductions & Credits

Scroll down to Other Deductions and Credits

On Nonbusiness Bad Debt, click on the start button
