How do I find the Oklahoma location or Federal ID number for a Vanguard stock I sold?

@usethegreymatter  The Payer's Federal Identification Number is on your Form 1099-B. 

 

If this does not resolve your state issue, go back to your original 1099-B entry in your Federal Return to enter the Payer's Federal Identification Number, then return to your State interview.
