How do I fill in my 1099-DIV corrections from my investment institution?

Does TurboTax give users the 1090 long form to fill in?

Yes, TurboTax does provide an opportunity to enter in full Form 1099-DIV details. Look for the box to check: My form has info in other boxes (this is uncommon). which will open up entry areas for the rest of Form 1099-DIV.
