How can I exempt all or part of small business stock issued to me on June 12, 1994? The issued stock is Qualified Small Business Stock under section 1202.

Do I report the reduction as an adjustment or just present the gain as exempt?

You will see a screen that says "Let us know if any of these situations apply to this sale" and you can indicate This was a small business stock.
