Form 3115 - How to add attachments in TurboTax Premier (Windows)?

I know form 3115 can't be e-filed and need desktop version of "Premier" or above as well as require to update 3115 in "Forms mode".

Question 1:

However there are many questions in 3115 that need attachments (like 7b, 14, 15a etc) and I am not able to see a way to add them in either "mode". When mailing to IRS, do I have to prepare and print attachments  (manually) outside TurboTax and just add them to the printed return from TurboTax?

Question 2:

Also, Part 4, section 481(a), question 26 has a popup to enter "supporting details". But I can't seem to see this page in "Print Preview", so not sure if this page will ever be actually printed. Any thoughts on this?

The short answer is that you will most likely have to print all of those pages individually and separately as TurboTax does not support Form 3115 (although it is included in the desktop programs).

Further, note that you will need two copies of everything related to your 3115 since you need to include one set with your return and then another (separately signed copy) sent directly to the IRS at the address listed in the IRS instructions.

Thanks @Anonymous_! It would have been great to have them all prepared and collected within TT software.

Yeah, I know the 3115 needs to be sent to a separate address as well. Though I have to say that I have never "mailed a return" before. What method of postal service is recommended for this (FedEx, Certified Mail etc)?

Whichever method is more convenient for you, provided you can get tracking or proof of delivery.
