For the question about "did you have any income and expenses for a business in 2016?", do I say "yes" if I have a rental property?

Following the guided prompt on TurboTax Home & Business, do I answer "Yes" to the question "Do you have any income or expenses for a business in 2016?" if I have a rental property? Or is the rental property will pop up later on?

No, your rental property isn't considered a business. There's a separate section for Rental Property, and it's handled under the Personal tab in TurboTax Home & Business.
