For all of 2017, I rented my condo (used to live there for all of 2016). What should I put under Cost/Net of Land?

Since Condos usually have no land associated with the property, you can just leave the land information blank or enter $0.

So for land I enter 0 and for the cost, I enter the original purchase price of the condo, correct?  Thanks!

Yes the entire amount of the purchase price will be fully allocated to the building condo cost.
