Does rental income reduce your Social Security payments?

No.  If you are receiving Social Security, but have not yet attained full retirement age, your social security will be reduced for earned income.  Social Security will deduct $1 from your benefits for each $2 you earn above $15,720.  But rental income does not count towards that.
