Do I need to file any forms for the sale of a single family residence rental property in Florida?

I am an out-of-state owner.

If you have reported the sale of your Rental Property in your Federal return, you don't need to report any Capital Gains in Florida (they don't have a Capital Gains Tax).

Here's more detailed info on How to Report Sale of Rental Property.
