No, you only enter it in the Rental Properties & Royalties section.
To get there in TurboTax Premier, start by clicking on the Federal Taxes tab, then Wages & Income, then I'll Choose What I Work On, then scroll down to Rental Properties & Royalties. Next, click "Start/Update" next to Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) and follow the prompts to enter your information.
If you've entered any Rental information on the Schedule C screens, then you'll want to delete that before filing.
