carryover : passive activity loss and at-risk losses are not auto imported from previous yr return?

i used turbo tax home/biz for 2018 and imported it when i start 2019, shouldn't it automatically bring those losses? its asking me it in "situation apply" , where should i see these values in in my last year return?
