Capital Loss Mailing Instructions

I just completed amending my 2018 return for unclaimed capital losses. In the mailing instructions it says to "attach all forms or schedules that changed to your amended return". Am I suppose to attach a capital loss/gain statement? or do I just mail in the 1040X corrected return?
