Can't e-file because of error with royalty income on schedule e line 4

turbotax will not allow me to e-file because I need to fix an "error" with reporting royalties on my investment property, even though I never reported royalties nor have royalties.  how do I get by this to be able to e-file?  I've already deleted all the income and re-went through the income interview to re-enter all this data.

Yes.  Some of the 2019 information is transferred over to the current year in Turbo Tax.  If you don't have royalties income, you have to delete the form.  To delete Schedule E:

  1. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
  2. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  3. Select Delete next to Schedule E.

I have 11 total properties and all the other properties have Schedule E forms.  I deleted all the Schedule E forms and now it says I need to report my rental income with either a Schedule C or E.  I'm completely lost and confused now.
