Can someone help me edit Schedule D: Capital Gains? I need to edit pre of several stock sales because I entered the wrong cost basis. TurboTax does not update the info.

I am using the Bulk Edit function, but TT does not update the information after I save changes. Is there a workaround?

You may also select the pencil icon to the right of the transaction to edit the transaction.

Verify that the Bulk Edit changes by viewing the transactions on Schedule D / Form 8949 within the tax return.

I have seen instances where the change is not reflected at the input screen but has been updated on the final tax return.

In TurboTax Online, you may print or view your full tax returns prior to filing after you have paid for the software.

  • View the entries down the left side of the screen at Tax Tools.
  • Select Print Center.
  • Select Print, save or preview this year's return.

In TurboTax Desktop, select FORMS in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
