Under Wages & Income, scroll down to topic Rental Properties & Royalties and choose Edit/Add.
On the next page 'Your Rentals and Royalties Summary' use the Trash Can Icon at the far right to delete any entries there.
OR, type 'rental property' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to rental property' to get to the Rental Summary.
