Can I hear from others that have been taken advantage of by this company?

I was accepted for the rapid advance the IRS has not only accepted my return but approved my return I still have not received it also the company that's in charge of dispersing the money charged me for a fee for the rapid advance when it wasn't supposed to be charged at all they tricked us into opening the credit karma account just to get a fee from us when we withdraw the money when we get the money in the same amount of time TurboTax and into it on credit karma

Have you received an email stating when your funds will be available? 

Once accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions on accessing the funds. Check  your spam folder for the email. See the TurboTax FAQ here for more information on your Refund Advance.

Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
