Can I file without a 1099-div?

I am expecting a 1099-DIV but did not receive it. the total amount of dividends earned totals less than $20. can I file without this form or do I need to request a replacement.

If you know the exact amount of the dividend and know that that amount was the only thing that will be on the 1099-DIV, then it's fine to enter that data without having the form. The IRS has the form so if your information is not the same they will let you know.
