Can I file taxes on the rent to own property I'm living,if im the one paying for it?

My bill comes with both the owners and my name on it,but like I said I pay for the property taxes and also my rental mortgage

Homeowners and real estate investors claim the tax paid. You are still renting so you would not claim the property tax as paid by you- it is the owner's responsibility. You may be entitled to a state credit for tax paid as a renter.
