can I file a schedule e for an airbnb property that I manage
I am a property manager for other people's properties for a straight 20% of gross. Am I allowed to file a schedule E for these properties that I do not own?

No. Basically, you are "in the business" of managing other people's property. Therefore all of your business income and expenses are reported on SCH C with the assumption that you are the sole owner of the business.
