Yes, you can add 1099-MISC to different rental address by upgrading to TurboTax Premier Online.
- Sign into TurboTax
- Click on Take me to my return
- Click on Federal in left column
- Scroll down to Rentals, Royalties, and Farm under All Income and click Show more
- Click Start button for Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)
- Income from Rentals or Royalty Property You Own click Yes
- So Far You're not a Real Estate Professional click on appropriate box

Is This a Rental or Royalty? fill in information including property address
- Continue through interview until get to Review Your (address) Rental Summary then Start Rental Income
- To add another rental go back and click on Federal
- Scroll down to Rentals, Royalties, and Farm and click on Revisit
- Run through the interview process,you will have opportunity to Add Another Rental or Property on the Rental and Royalty Summary screen
