Can I combined the fractional stock sales due to merger conversion?

I have some RSU sales of the same day but with different transactions from the supplement doc from the broker? For example

RSU:

7/8/2021  100 share of stock B   100$

7/8/2021   0.45 share of stock B  0.45$

Can I delete the second one and combine them into a single entry as the original acquisition report (based on stock A pre-merger) only have the full amount of stock A, the fraction came in because of a merger conversion where one share of original stock A is convert to 1.0045 share B.

Yes, provided you adjust the cost basis to reflect what took place as a result of the merger conversion.  The scenario you describe is similar to a stock split. Thus, you can enter what you ended up with post merger, but just modify your cost basis to reflect the merger.
