BOX 11 ON MY 1099-DIV IS TEXT, NOT AN AMOUNT. HOW CAN MY ENTRY FOR MULTIPLE STATE DIVIDENDS EQUAL THAT?

Box 11 on an IRS Form 1099-DIV is a checkbox for FACTA Filing Requirement.  It has nothing to do with multi-state dividends.
