Bought home with Fiancé in California in 2024, I live and work in Washington state. He is on the mortgage. How should I file taxes? I think we both declared that we will be living on the property while signing the escrow documents. However I live and work in Washington state. My fiance will be living on the property. This is our first home. How should I handle taxes? I only want to file in Washington state

You file as Single on your federal tax return since you are not legally married.  Washington state does not have a personal income tax so there is no WA state tax return to file.  You do not file a California state income tax return since you are not a resident of CA and do not receive any taxable income from a CA source.
