Blank Screen when trying to add a 1099INT to amend a return

First, restart your computer.

 

Second, clear your cache and cookies.

 

Here's how to clear your cache.

 

Here's how to delete your cookies.

 

Then restart the TurboTax program and log back in and see if that worked.

Unfortunately that did not help.  The return is now showing “edit” next to the income instead of “update” as well.  But, still a blank screen after I try to add a new 1099IMT?

Sorry - 1099INT

Go to Forms Mode (click on Forms in the upper right hand corner) and look for the 1099-INT and try to add it there.
